Hi! We are glad you’re here and ready to get started on the tax preparation process. Complete these four fun & easy (aka necessary) steps and we’ll take it from there. These steps will each be presented to you in your TaxDome portal, so if you don’t already have access, please let us know!

Get Engaged

Put a ring on it! Sign your Engagement Letter to get the process started. Artemis Tax will send your personalized quote and Engagement Letter each year. If you haven’t received yours, please reach out to us! This makes it official 💍🎉

Fill Out an Organizer

Everything is better when it’s organized! Tell us about your tax year by completing our online tax organizer. This is required each year, and should take you 20 – 30 minutes to complete. If you have an S-Corporation, you’ll need to complete a separate tax organizer for the entity.

Upload Tax Documents

Upload your tax documents to your secure ShareFile portal. If you’ve completed your tax organizer already, you’ll have a customized list of what documents to provide. If you’d prefer to bring documents to our office for us to scan, schedule a drop-off appointment.

Give Us the Green Light

Paid your retainer? Completed your organizer? Given us all of your tax documents? Congratulations! Now, just give us the “green light” to let us know we can get started on your return! Do this in your portal, or by emailing us at hello@artemistax.com.

Pay Your Retainer

Put a ring on it! Complete our engagement letter and pay your retainer of $235 to get the process started. The retainer is applied to your final tax preparation fees, and your balance will be due before we file your return. This makes it official 💍🎉

What happens after you give us the green light? Each client goes into our queue based on when they give us the green light. Our turnaround time for your taxes is based on the order in which you enter our queue. As soon as we have your tax return completed, we’ll reach out to you for the final steps: payment of balance due to Artemis Tax, going over the return, and signing filing authorization forms.
